Just tell us what you want and be sure to request a “proof.” We will send you the proof for your approval, and production will not commence until after you have approved the proof. You will not receive a proof if you do not request one on the order form. Please note, however, that if your design is very simple, a proof may not be necessary. You can design the custom imprint on your order by using our design lab. Check out the one minute demo on our web site. |

What is Laser Engraving? |
| A |
There are 3 types of engravings available:
- Metal laser engraving: heat from the laser burns away the surface lacquer and cuts into the metal layer. Engraving color is the color of metal that the pen is made of.
- Mirror laser engraving: heat from the laser burns away the surface lacquer but does not reach the metal layer. This process creates a shiny chrome imprint.
- Wood laser engraving: heat from the laser burns into the wood products. Engraving color is charcoal but may vary on lighter woods.

Most of the orders weighing in at less than 150 lbs are shipped by UPS ground, using special double-packaged boxes and customized foam packaging. Larger shipments are shipped via trucking lines. |
