SilkLetter offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S.
At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

SilkLetter use UPS to offer the following shipping options:

• 2nd Day Air
• 3 Day Select
• Ground

*Product Processing Information:

• Shipping method cutoff times during the last 7-10 days before major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) may differ from our regular cutoff days and times. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
• Many personalized gifts require additional business days for processing. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

Shipping Details:

• Orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
• Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method.
• Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
• Shipping handling Charge:
• Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.
• Alaska and Hawaii items ship via 2 Business Day Service and may require an additional day for delivery.
• If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
